About the Role:
As a Physiotherapist Functional Assessor, you will conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals with diverse physical and mental health challenges who are applying for the ESA benefit scheme. We provide an extensive training program to ensure you are well-prepared for your responsibilities, along with opportunities to earn over 100 hours of CPD points within your initial three months.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize your clinical expertise to assess individuals with a variety of health conditions, understanding how their disabilities affect their daily lives.
- Conduct meaningful assessments in both home and assessment center settings, typically lasting around 45 minutes.
- Interpret medical evidence and compile findings into detailed reports to assist the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in their decision-making process.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, or Physiotherapists.
- Current NMC or HCPC pin registration is required.
- A minimum of one year of broad post-registration experience is essential, with UK experience preferred.
- Must demonstrate proactivity, a willingness to learn, and receptiveness to feedback.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to work independently and proficiency in IT is required.
