Location: Remote (with occasional site visits)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working with a Civil Engineering contractor on new build housing groundworks packages. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing bills of quantities under various methods of measurement
  • Processing tender documentation
  • Measuring works on site
  • Subcontractor payments
  • Processing payment applications

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience of NEC, JCT, and ad hoc contracts
  • Experience in civils, groundworks, and formworks
  • Take-offs and BoQ
  • Computer literate to at least intermediate level
  • Excellent social and communication skills
