About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a People Projects and Engagement Professional. This exciting opportunity will allow you to start or build upon your career in the people profession and use your education, strengths, and passion to support the delivery of our people plan.

About the Job:

  • As a People Projects and Engagement Professional, you will have the opportunity to lead on different projects across the colleague lifecycle, exposing you to all areas including strategy, transactional HR, and people development.
  • You will work closely with the Director, People Services, to deliver engaging people events and initiatives, improve Equality Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace, and make an impact on colleague health and wellbeing.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant HR degree/CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong people, communication, and presentation skills, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
  • The ability to show initiative and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in creating proactive people solutions.
  • Experience of working on projects and collaborating with others to ensure successful delivery.
