Position: Key Stage 1 Educator

Job Responsibilities:

  • This position is a full-time, permanent role.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate innovation in raising educational standards and student achievement.
  • Salary Scale: M1 - M5 in accordance with the Eng & Wales Pay Scale.
  • Implement a Creative Curriculum.
  • Open to Newly Qualified Teachers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills Status (QTLS).
  • Should have prior experience as a KS1 Teacher or in a primary school environment.
  • Must possess a good sense of humor and the ability to effectively communicate with young learners and colleagues.
  • Should be enthusiastic and maintain a positive outlook.
  • Must have a passion for working with children.
  • Should ensure a safe and healthy environment by adhering to safeguarding protocols.
