Automation Architect

We are seeking an experienced Automation Architect to join our Quality Engineering and Test Practice at Capgemini.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating effective automation test strategies and plans, with experience in test automation using proprietary or OpenSource tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Tricentis Tosca, or Keysight EggPlant.
They will also have experience creating or adapting automation frameworks, familiarity with at least one OOP language (Java, Python, C# etc.), and ability to manage and maintain versions of test assets in GIT and other repositories.
The Automation Architect will work in Agile / DevOps environments, with hands-on experience of various test types (manual and automation) such as Functional, API, web and mobility.
They will also have experience with CI / CD Pipelines using Jenkins (Azure DevOps, or similar) and integrating automation assets into the pipeline.
ISEB / ISTQB or equivalent certification in testing at foundation level or above is desirable.
About the Skills and Experience- Strong experience in creating effective automation test strategies and plans.
- Experience in test automation using proprietary or OpenSource tools.
- Experience creating or adapting automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with at least one OOP language.
- Ability to manage and maintain versions of test assets in GIT and other repositories.
- Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments.
- Hands-on experience of various test types.
- Experience with CI / CD Pipelines.
