About the Role

The Window and Specialist Cleaner will be responsible for providing a high-quality cleaning service to our clients in Colchester and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, with flexible hours between 6:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out window cleaning and specialist cleaning services at client premises, including void cleans, end of tenancy, and hoarder cleans.
  • Ensure cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with the cleaning specification and work schedules.
  • Complete documentation for all work completed, including signing off with clients and submitting to the office.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the line manager.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and materials in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Ensure confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Follow safe use of chemicals guidance (COSHH) and ensure team awareness.
  • Complete additional jobs as requested to meet client/business demands.
  • Submit timesheets on a daily basis and send to the team supervisor on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Initiative and flexibility with working times.
  • Relevant qualifications for biohazard cleaning or willingness to undertake training.

Location

This is a mobile position, and you will be required to travel where needed. Our Head Office is based in Copford, where your attendance will be required from time to time.
