Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs and Quality Specialist to join our team at Investigo. As an Associate Vice President (AVP) – Compliance Advisory, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality regulatory guidance to our banking and securities operations across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key liaison between Compliance and the Front Office, ensuring robust collaboration on all regulatory issues relevant to our business activities.
  • Provide advisory support across all Private Side businesses, including Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Transaction Banking, and Structured Solutions.
  • Assist the Head of Private Side Advisory and the broader team in all advisory-related matters.
  • Participate in and support both local and global projects, driving the operational implementation of key regulatory change initiatives.
  • Deliver training on conduct and regulatory issues to our Private Side businesses.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance, and controls.
  • A strong academic background, preferably with a university degree in Law and/or Financial Regulation.
