* Manage the maintenance of the property, including scheduling and coordinating with contractors
* Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns
* Liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, including managing relationships with local businesses
* Organize activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
* Strong administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment
* Passion for providing a high level of service, with a focus on resident satisfaction
