We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at Christchurch View in Northampton. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex care needs to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals and their families
