About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join our team at Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with diabetes, working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and deliver innovative services.

As a Diabetes Specialist Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering care to patients with complex diabetes needs, including those requiring insulin pump therapy.

You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and provide education and support to patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diabetes care, with experience in insulin pump therapy and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a strong background in diabetes care
