  • Support the wider team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Engage with on-site field staff to ensure accurate information transfer.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to operational challenges.
  • Assist in the training and development of both new and existing staff.
  • Demonstrate the ability to self-manage workload in a high-pressure environment while upholding exceptional safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent administrative capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels with diplomacy and empathy.
  • Experience in handling large data sets and conducting analysis for reporting purposes.
  • A minimum of 2 years of intermediate to advanced administrative experience is preferred.
  • A qualification in business administration is advantageous.
