Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and providing detailed cost plans and financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Oversee the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  2. Financial Planning: Develop and implement detailed cost plans, estimates, and financial reports to support project delivery.
  3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders through effective communication and site visits.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure project success and contribute to the growth of our Lancashire office.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in the North West or Midlands region.
  2. Financial Acumen: Strong financial skills and attention to detail, with experience in managing projects with values ranging from £500K to £12M.
  3. Commercial Awareness: Familiarity with commercial projects, including Facilities Management and major projects.
