About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of pharmacy professionals to provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and effective pharmacy environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including pharmacy standards and data security.
  • Manage pharmacy stock and supplies, including ordering and replenishment.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to promote pharmacy services and drive business growth.
  • Deliver high-quality pharmacy services, including flu vaccinations, NHS Pharmacy First Service, and other clinical services.
  • Coach and develop pharmacy team members to achieve their full potential and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with other pharmacy professionals and store managers to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience of working in a community pharmacy setting and leading a team of pharmacy professionals.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other pharmacy professionals and store managers to achieve business objectives.
