Job Title: Platform Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to join our team at Altech Group Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in the development and maintenance of our cloud-based platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
  • Develop and automate cloud-based services using scripting languages such as TypeScript, Python, and PowerShell.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Lead the management and maintenance of RDS services.
  • Contribute to the development of a microservices architecture and automation strategy.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with scripting languages and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of IaC using Terraform.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
