Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Family Law Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our reputable and expanding law firm, recognized for its Lexcel accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal counsel to a diverse clientele on various family law issues, including but not limited to Private Law Children Matters, Divorce, Financial Settlements, Separation, Domestic Violence, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, and Cohabitee disputes.
  • Conduct assessments of clients' financial situations and clarify options for Public Funding or Private Terms.
  • Engage in advocacy as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with the LAA's Standard Civil Contract, the SRA Code of Conduct, and Lexcel practice standards in all work undertaken.
  • Participate in Business Development Initiatives, marketing efforts, and networking opportunities.

Working Conditions: The role typically operates from 9am to 5pm, with the possibility of hybrid working arrangements following a successful 6-month probationary period.

Compensation: The firm offers a competitive salary package, potentially reaching up to £40,000 per annum or more, depending on qualifications and experience, along with additional benefits such as bonuses, parking, pension contributions, and opportunities for career advancement.
