The organization is seeking to appoint a dedicated Safety and Compliance Manager to collaborate with the broader Safety team, aiming to enhance a customer-centric health and safety framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the formulation and reinforcement of a customer-oriented Safety strategy across the property portfolio.
- Provide expert advice on Fire Safety and Environmental challenges encountered by the organization.
- Conduct site visits across various locations to ensure the team is effectively performing accident investigations, reporting, inspections, and addressing any health and safety inquiries.
- Oversee the accurate analysis and reporting of health and safety performance, ensuring effective communication throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate for the Safety and Compliance Manager role will possess:
- A NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) along with relevant IOSH membership.
- Demonstrated experience in health and safety within the property sector, preferably in housing/residential or facilities management.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to health and safety challenges.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
