Job Title: Process Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technologist to join our Engineering team at Finsbury Food Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily maintenance of production equipment, dealing with unscheduled and emergency maintenance work, and identifying root causes of breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the daily maintenance of production equipment
  • Deal with unscheduled and emergency maintenance work
  • Identify root causes of breakdowns and implement corrective actions
  • Work closely with the site operations team to ensure smooth production operations
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified multi skilled engineer with electrical or mechanical bias
  • Previous working experience gained in an FMCG environment
  • Experience of working in a lean/continuous improvement environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
