Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing a wide range of water treatment equipment at customer sites across the UK and potentially overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and maintaining water treatment systems, including Reverse Osmosis, Deionisers, Filters, Water Softeners, and Effluent treatment Plant
  • Managing direct relationships with customers and plant operatives
  • Completing installation and commissioning of plant, subject to qualification and skill set
  • Completing Service Reports and other associated documentation
  • Assisting the company with service improvement initiatives, taking a proactive approach to increasing productivity and profitability
  • Ensuring a high level of customer care and service is maintained at all times
  • Ensuring all company policies, including Health and Safety, are observed and abided with at all times
  • Enhancing your own skills and knowledge through proactive learning and self-development

Requirements:

  • Field service experience
  • Experience in water treatment
  • Full UK driving licence
