Job Overview

Platform Recruitment is partnering with a leading robotics and automation company to find experienced Test Development Engineers. In this role, you will design and develop custom test rigs for comprehensive testing. Your expertise will guide the creation of reliable and robust systems through the development of unique test environments, hands-on testing, and experimental methodologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create bespoke test environments to ensure comprehensive testing
  • Perform hands-on testing and experimental work to validate system performance
  • Electro-mechanical device assembly and testing to ensure reliability
  • Lead design verification and reliability testing to ensure system robustness
  • Facilitate transfer to manufacture to ensure seamless production
Requirements
  • Design and build bespoke test rigs to meet client requirements
  • Previous experience testing electro-mechanical products to ensure expertise
  • Robust technical analysis and documentation skills to ensure accuracy
  • Experience in electro-mechanical assembly to ensure hands-on knowledge
  • Proven experience in reliability testing methodologies to ensure system robustness
  • Develop test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing
Benefits

The salary will be between £50,000-£65,000 depending on experience. There is also a generous benefits package available including bonus, private medical, and good pension.
