About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Swim Instructor to deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and abilities. As a Swim Instructor at Nuffield Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of swimmers and develop your teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-to-one and group swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of individual swimmers
  • Provide feedback and guidance to swimmers to help them improve their skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve targets and improve lesson performance
  • Promote memberships and explain the benefits of our facilities to customers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
