Job Title: Executive Director of Strategic Planning

Location: Remote (Hybrid working)

Salary: up to £55k DOE

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Planning Director who lives and breathes Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising. Our client, a leading media agency, is looking for an Account Director with OOH planning and buying experience to join their team.

About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of planning executives/managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of OOH campaigns.
  • Lead relationships with high-spend accounts.
  • On-platform OOH planning, activations, and account management.
  • Work closely with business directors to implement strategies, set team KPIs, and upskill junior team members.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of OOH planning and buying experience.

About the Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Proven experience in OOH planning and buying.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a team of planning executives/managers.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work closely with business directors to implement strategies and set team KPIs.
