Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Site Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a Night Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction on our housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates and resolve any issues.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between the site team, head office, and other stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with relevant building regulations and codes.
- Issue Resolution: Address any concerns or issues that arise during the construction phase, ensuring a positive experience for future homeowners.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction, with a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of professionals.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications and qualifications in construction management, health and safety, and project management (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
