Job Summary:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Aspiring Educational Psychologist - Psychology Graduate to support our pupils with SEN. The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychology and a passion for working with children. As an Aspiring Educational Psychologist - Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team of Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, and other professionals to provide high-quality support to our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:- Support pupils with SEN on a day-to-day basis, including those with Autism, PMLD, SLD, SP&L, and SEMH
- Liaise with Class Teachers and the SENDCO to ensure the progress of children is monitored and supported
- Provide a stimulating and safe learning environment for children, including delivering specialist interventions
- Liaise with the school's therapists to ensure a comprehensive support package is in place
- Childcare-related experience, particularly with a SEN focus, is ideal
- You must be resilient, patient, calm-natured, empathetic, and adaptable
- A hardworking and driven individual who will exceed all expectations of the role requirements
- Experience of supporting children with SEN, including Autism, PMLD, SLD, SP&L, is ideal
