Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Process PO and Non-PO invoices, including matching and coding of expense types, ensuring seamless and efficient payment processes.
  • Post multi-currency and urgent business payments in line with policies and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Ensure Direct Debit payments are processed in compliance with company policies, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Prepare payment runs and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Resolve supplier queries and discrepancies promptly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare supplier statement reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Collaborate with Financial Reporting, Commercial Finance, and the Treasury Team to resolve accounting and cash book queries, driving financial excellence and accuracy.
  • Assist the Payables Team Leader with month-end processes, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
