**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a proactive Team Leader to support the Shift Manager within our busy distribution centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for motivating, coaching, and developing a team of warehouse colleagues to deliver operational efficiency and maintain KPIs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Motivate and develop a team of warehouse colleagues to achieve set goals and objectives
* Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any concerns
* Deliver an effective shift handover to the next team to ensure seamless operations
* Maintain set KPIs and report the status to the Shift Manager
* Drive best Health and Safety practice within the warehouse
* Review and develop warehouse practices to maximise efficiency

**Requirements:**

* Previous supervisory experience and ability to lead, develop, and discipline a team
* Sound knowledge of warehouse management systems
* Previous experience from within a distribution environment
* Excellent analytical skills
* Thorough understanding of cost management and reports
