Warehouse Operative/Order Picker Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative/Order Picker to join our team at Gregory Distribution. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for picking orders, handling goods with care, loading and unloading vehicles, and consolidating stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking orders and preparing them for dispatch
  • Loading and unloading vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Consolidating stock and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Working collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve daily targets

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not essential
