Job Title: Director, R&D Flavour Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled R&D Director to lead our Flavour Solutions team in EMEA. As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth in our QSR and Food Service business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic R&D plan to drive business growth and innovation in QSR and Food Service.
  • Lead a high-performing R&D team to deliver new product development, technology platform programs, and cost improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective working relationships.
  • Represent McCormick at customer engagements and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement systems and programs for organizational effectiveness and stakeholder management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of product development experience in the food industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including managing technical professionals.
  • Solid understanding of the food industry and competitive dynamics of food product categories.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management in a leadership role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment and establish effective working relationships with internal and external functional groups.
