Job Title: Utilities Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Utilities Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Utilities Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our utilities systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
  • Oversee regulatory and audit requirements for Utilities maintenance.
  • Manage 3rd-party contractors and ensure all necessary documents are provided.
  • Keep SOPs current and accurate for maintenance activities.
  • Lead the team to maintain Utilities and systems, minimizing downtime.
  • Track and report on KPIs for Utility assets, showing improvements in uptime.
  • Ensure maintenance schedules are met and documented.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure team performance meets standards.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or a relevant discipline (City & Guilds, BTEC, or Degree).
  • 5+ years post-apprenticeship experience or 2+ years post-graduate experience.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, coordination, and work execution.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to generate reports.
