Job Summary:

Shire Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our rehabilitation service in South Wales. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with adult service users who present with ASD, learning disabilities, and/or acquired brain injury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological therapies to service users with complex mental health needs
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments, interventions, and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist
  • Experience working with complex mental health needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
