Industrial Welding Opportunity

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team at 360 Connections Group Ltd. As a key member of our industrial workforce, you will be responsible for welding a variety of components using MIG/TIG techniques.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Weld components to a high standard using MIG/TIG techniques
* Read and follow blueprints for the manufacturing process
* Quality check materials
* Adhere to health and safety policies
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive hourly rate of £14.80
* Ongoing contract with opportunities for overtime
* Holiday pay (28 days pro rata)
* Pension scheme (after qualifying period)
* Free on-site parking

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in MIG/TIG welding
* Ability to read and follow diagrams
* Punctuality and reliability
* Proactive and able to use initiative
