About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing culinary strategies, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven Culinary Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior culinary role
  • Culinary Qualifications: Relevant culinary qualifications, such as a degree in culinary arts or a professional chef's certification
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
