About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our Staff Psychology Service. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support to our staff working across the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual psychological therapy, consultation, and psychological debriefs to staff members.
  • Contribute to work at team and organisational levels, including risk assessment and risk management.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support staff wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the trust to promote psychological thinking and support staff mental health.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Post-graduate doctoral level training in applied Psychology.
  • HCPC registration as an Applied Psychologist with Chartered Status.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
