We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Black Sheep Coffee in Birmingham. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to customers, adhering to our brand standards and quality control procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of coffee and beverages, including preparation methods and quality control procedures.
