Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small housing charity, Woking Community Focus Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of our properties and ensure good service delivery to tenants.
  • Review and assess local charities for support funding.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and success.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with the Voluntary Board of Management and Treasurer to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:
