Service Delivery Manager

About the Role

Were seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our internal teams and foster a collaborative environment that ensures exceptional service excellence and client satisfaction. This strategic role will see you focused on maximising client value by helping them leverage our services continuously.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, manage, and coach a team of customer support engineers and managed service technicians
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment through effective mentorship, coaching, and guidance
* Ensure the team delivers support and onboarding activities within agreed timescales by overseeing resource allocation

What Youll Need

* Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering market-leading service
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
