Job Title: Managing / Support Pharmacist - Cornwall

Clarity Recruitment is seeking a skilled Managing Pharmacist or Support Pharmacist to join a thriving pharmacy in Saltash. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 5 days a week, with occasional Saturdays. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispense medications as prescribed by doctors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy and suitability for patients.
  • Provide advice to patients on medication use, including dosage, side effects, and interactions.
  • Counsel patients on chronic disease management.
  • Conduct medication reviews to ensure patients are taking medications as prescribed.
  • Order and stock medications and medical supplies.
  • Maintain a safe and secure pharmacy environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on new drugs and treatments.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the GPhC.
  • Relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
