Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Facade Manager to join our team at RTL Group Ltd. As a Facade Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the facade works, including brickwork and curtain walling, on a large-scale construction project in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working closely with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
• Site supervision and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Keeping accurate site diaries and records.
• Amending and working to RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) documents.
• Quality assurance and control.
• Managing the labor force and allocating tasks effectively.
• Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Overseeing all external facade construction operations.

Requirements:

• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• First aid certification.
• Strong experience in brickwork and curtain walling.
• Experience in overseeing facade packages.
• At least 10 years of management experience.
