The successful Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for managing the lettings process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants. This will include:

  • Vetting and registering new applicants
  • Organizing and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers with tenants and landlords
  • Providing feedback where necessary
  • Progressing lets with the assistance of the team
  • Helping the wider lettings team as needed

  • A competitive salary of £20k - £25k basic, with an OTE of £40k - £50k+
