About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our team at Finatal, a leading Private Equity-backed SaaS business. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure that the treasury function supports and aligns with the broader organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders: Ensure that the treasury function supports and aligns with the broader organisational objectives.
- Drive treasury-specific projects/initiatives: Across the region, identify and implement improvements to enhance treasury processes and operations.
- Administer and streamline bank accounts and payroll processes: Manage relationships with various banks, ensure compliance with international banking regulations, and rationalise the number of bank accounts to improve efficiency.
- Lead and participate in strategic projects: Support treasury initiatives, including system implementations, process automation, integration of newly acquired entities, and other projects aimed at enhancing the overall effectiveness of the treasury function.
- Collaborate with legal and tax expertise: Take ownership of intercompany arrangements required to optimise cash flows between entities and consequent tax implications.
- Manage group insurances: Obtain and maintain robust group insurances across the jurisdictions where it operates to minimise downside exposures.
- Monitor and manage bank relationships and liquidity management: Including revolving credit facility.
- Manage tracking and reporting: Related to public bonds, including modelling and tracking covenant obligations.
- Manage foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments:
- Forecast funding and hedging requirements: 13 week, medium and long-term.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified Treasury Professional (AMCT):
- Experience managing a Treasury Function within an international company:
- Experience working with private equity is a plus:
- Understanding and experience of treasury accounting: Including FX, liquidity, cashflow and various financial instruments.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments:
- Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants:
- Excellent time management and organisational ability:
- Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties:
- NetSuite experience is a plus:
