Requirements:

Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
3-5+ years of experience in HR operations
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
US citizenship

Desirable:

SHRM certification
Experience with HR process management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
