With Intelligence is seeking a talented and experienced PHP Developer to join our growing technology team in London. We are dedicated to developing cutting-edge data solutions, leveraging AI and ML to create a dynamic and innovative ecosystem.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure that powers our platform. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers and product managers to ensure seamless integration and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using PHP and relevant frameworks.
  • Collaborate effectively with frontend developers to bridge the gap between user interfaces and server-side logic.
  • Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability of backend systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to guarantee optimal functionality.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with product managers and designers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in PHP development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a PHP Developer with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Proficiency in PHP and popular frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
  • Familiarity with database systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and development workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A passion for learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
