Kesgrave, Suffolk, United Kingdom Barchester Healthcare Ltd Full time
About the Role

Barchester Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Deputy Manager Clinical Lead to join our team. As a Peripatetic Deputy Manager Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing teams in various care homes across your region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and service.

You will work closely with the General Manager or hiring manager to implement action plans that meet the needs of our residents. In the absence of the General Manager, you will take on leadership duties, helping with everything from care standards to motivating your team. You will inspire a multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life.

About You

To join us as a Peripatetic Deputy Manager Clinical Lead, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Previous experience of working within a nursing home setting is essential, and evidence of continual professional development is also required. Experience in helping residents with different health needs is important, as is a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.

We will also look for some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, an understanding of budget management, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship. You will be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.

What We Offer

As well as a competitive salary, Barchester Healthcare Ltd offers one of the best rewards packages in the care sector. Your generous benefits would include:

  1. Free learning and development
  2. Automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme
  3. A range of holiday, retail, and leisure discounts
  4. Nurse Mentor and Refer a Friend bonus schemes
  5. Offer to pay Tier 2 visa application fee for eligible nurses.

If you'd like to use your clinical and people skills in an organisation that provides the quality care you'd expect for your loved ones, this is a rewarding and empowering place to be.
