The Role:

As a workshop engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the maintenance of the forklift fleet, including inspections, testing, fault finding, repairs, and customer service. The role is a workshop-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and diagnostic checks on our forklift fleet
  • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including replacements, lubrication, adjustments, or full fixes
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults effectively and in a timely manner
  • Communicate with customers regarding their needs and formulate solutions
  • Provide education to customers on best practices, ensuring longevity of the clients' products
