KS1 Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and creative environment, providing high-quality education to children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver RWI phonics sessions using the Ruth Miskin Phonics Method
  • Support KS1 students with their learning needs
  • Work with SEN children and develop strategies to support their inclusion
  • Assess individual learning needs and develop tailored plans
  • Manage challenging behavior and promote a positive learning environment
  • Liaise with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure effective communication
  • Supervise activities and provide guidance to students
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop bespoke education plans and engage students
