Job Title: Business Operations Trainee

We are dedicated to ensuring you feel at ease in your new workplace, helping you become familiar with your colleagues and ensuring a warm reception from your first day. Each site features an Apprentice team member to guide you in progressing, protecting your study time, granting access to digital learning resources, and involving you in local community and STEM initiatives, enhancing every facet of the program.

Within the Business Operations department, you will continue to learn and build upon the experiences mentioned earlier. This involves being in close proximity to the operational facilities and resources on a daily basis, collaborating with a team to achieve optimal turnaround times in accordance with client agreements. Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in innovative and stimulating projects within integrated project teams.
  • Participate in and contribute to project-related discussions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Utilize industry-standard software, including SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Effectively manage your workload to maximize productivity.
  • Review, release, and oversee service orders from product intake to client delivery.
  • Associate relevant documentation and Work Instructions with service orders.
  • Notify internal stakeholders of any potential delays impacting client service timelines.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
