Mobile Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Service Engineer to join our team at Nationwide Platforms, the UK's leading powered access rental company.
As a Mobile Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of our powered access equipment at customer sites across the North West.
This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your engineering skills in a varied role and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform fault-finding, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of powered access equipment.
- Carry out routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products.
- Complete relevant supporting paperwork in line with company procedures.
- Refurbish equipment and products as necessary.
- Promote teamwork between colleagues to ensure effective workshop performance.
- Liaise with team members to estimate and advise on equipment repair costs.
- Ensure vans are fully equipped with spare parts at all times.
- Maintain and update service records and daily worksheets.
- Adhere to company guidelines on Health & Safety at Work.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and business-like manner.
- Relevant general maintenance qualification and experience in the plant rental sector.
- Experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics/fault finding.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and understanding of excellent customer service.
