About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Akari Care. As a key member of our care community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical and medical care for our residents.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members to support their professional development

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £20.00 per hour, a welcome bonus of £1,500 (T&C's apply), and a range of benefits including employers' pension contribution, uniform, and DBS check costs paid.
