Job Overview:


The Senior Property Manager is accountable for the daily oversight of a portfolio of developments within the Surrey area.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all management aspects of the developments within the portfolio.
Conduct development inspections as necessary to ensure compliance with the Company's responsibilities.

Proactively engage with customers regarding the management of their developments, ensuring that communication strategies are effectively implemented and regularly reviewed.

Manage customer relationships effectively, including responding to inquiries, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates to clients on development management, and attending meetings with customers and clients as required.

Collaborate with customer-formed groups such as Residents' Associations (RA's), Resident Management Companies (RMC's), and Right to Manage (RTM) entities.
Ensure customer complaints are addressed promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with the Accounts department to guarantee accurate financial management of the developments.
Source, appoint, and manage competent contractors to perform work across the portfolio.
Ensure that all contractor work meets quality standards and is cost-effective.
Adhere to all Health & Safety and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates for this position should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in the residential property management sector.
Preferably MIRPM/MTPI qualified.
Strong understanding of the Building Safety Act 2023 and its implications for High-Rise Buildings (HRBs).

A proven history of delivering excellent customer service with outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with individuals at all levels.

Must hold a full UK driving license.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Prior experience in contract management.
Client-focused, organized, self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail while maintaining the ability to keep perspective and make informed decisions.
