We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to join our team at Challenge-trg Recruitment. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment through the cleaning, sanitization, and preparation of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize equipment and machinery to ensure a high level of food hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Conduct regular cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist in the preparation of equipment for production staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Deal with any complaints or issues promptly and report them to the Hygiene Manager or Coordinator.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary, as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
