About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor at our Filton service station. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the shop floor during key periods, ensuring a high level of customer service and a clean, tidy, and attractive store environment.
  • Prepare and display food products to meet customer demand, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Shop Manager and other team members to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Provide managerial support to the shop management team, contributing to the overall success of the store.
Requirements
